Improving
Services for Older People - how to apply
You must complete our application form which can be downloaded
from this site. It is also available as a hardcopy with our
Guidelines brochure, on disk, on tape, in braille and in large
print.
Closing date for applications
The deadline for the receipt of new applications is midday on 1
October 2008. Any applications received after the deadline will not
be considered.
An application cannot be considered unless it includes a
fully completed application form using our format
only.
- Applications sent by fax or email will not be considered.
- Only applications from constituted voluntary organisations with
an annual income of under £50,000 will be considered for a
grant.
- Any grant made by us will be subject to our terms and
conditions and our monitoring requiurements. These will be
discussed with you when we visit to assess your application.
- You are asked to submit quotes and estimates and to make sure
that these represent good value for money.
All grants awarded:
- will be paid directly into your organisation's bank/building
society account
- must be reported on (with evidence of expenditure
produced)
- must be shown in your next annual accounts.
How many applications can be submitted?
You can submit only one application. If you have previously had
a grant from the Trust, all monitoring requirements must be met
before you can reapply. Please contact the Trust on 020 7332 3705
if you are not sure. Organisations which currently hold a grant
from us may not apply to this scheme.
